Each referred account has its own clock. Here is the life of one.
Client makes their first payment
Your 12-month commission period for this client starts today, and the first 30% goes into your wallet.
Every payment adds to your wallet
As long as they keep subscribing, each payment adds your 30%. Refunded payments are reversed.
Last month of commission
The 12th month is the last one that earns you commission on this client.
Commission ends, the client stays with us
The account carries on with Qualimize. You stop earning on it, and the clients you refer next start their own 12 months.

Who can join
Agencies, freelancers, consultants and anyone who works with businesses that run Meta lead ads. We approve every partner before issuing a link.
- 02
What counts as a referral
A new client who signs up through your partner link and makes a paid subscription. The first link a client uses is the one that counts. You cannot refer yourself, and accounts that are fake, duplicated or created only to trigger a payout do not count.

Commission
You earn 30% of the subscription revenue Qualimize receives from each referred account. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment is reversed.

Commission period
Commission is paid for 12 months from the date each referred account makes its first payment. After 12 months you earn nothing further from that account, even if it keeps subscribing.

Wallet and unlock
Commission is credited to your partner wallet from your first paid referral. The wallet unlocks for withdrawal once 3 referred accounts have each made a paid subscription. Until then the balance stays in your wallet.

Payouts
After your wallet is unlocked, payouts are made within 7 working days. We may ask for basic payout details such as bank or UPI information and, where the law requires, tax details.

Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may deduct tax at source where it is required by law.

How we expect you to promote
Be honest about what Qualimize does. No spam, no misleading claims, no promises of results we have not made, and no ads that use the Qualimize name or bid on it as a keyword.

Ending the partnership
You can leave at any time. We can suspend or remove a partner who breaks these terms. Commission already earned on valid referrals stays payable under the rules above.

Changes
We may update the program. Changes apply to referrals made after the update, and we will tell partners before they take effect.

Yes, you earn from the first paid account. But the money is held in your wallet and can be withdrawn only after your third referred account has paid. Nothing is lost while you wait.
